Platinum Level Customers are customers who purchased a service plan of 75, 150 or 300 service hours. If you have a minimum of 15 available prepaid service hours on a non-discounted service plan - when you log in with your Email address and Password, you will be presented with highly discounted platinum level prices and free shipping on all products.
