- Platinum Level Customers are customers who purchased a service plan of 75, 150 or 300 service hours. If you have a minimum of 15 available prepaid service hours on a non-discounted service plan - when you log in with your Email address and Password, you will be presented with highly discounted platinum level prices and free shipping on all products. Also, our platinum customers receive three free service hours with the purchase of a new service plan.

- Products are being shipped approximately five business days after the sales order has been received.
- Orders of more than $1,000 require a payment by check, ACH or a wire.
- Software and Subscription purchases are not refundable.

- We sell to U.S. based companies only.

Platinum customers who sign on to our web store with their email address and password are presented with highly discounted prices and free shipping on all products.

Due to the large number of products that we offer, and frequent price changes by our vendors, we review each and every sales order before we charge your credit card. If any errors are found, if any changes to your order are required, or if certain items are not available, we will contact you by Email.
Returns
All hardware, accessories, peripherals and parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and applicable restocking fees. Software may not be returned at any time, unless the software being returned is Media-based software that is unopened and is still in its sealed package.
Prior authorization is required for returns of all software and hardware products. Before returning a product, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request here so we can provide you with an RMA number. Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price. Please return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Refunds are provided only after the vendor provided us with a refund for your products.

ABCSI grants you the right to display all pages in this web site for your own personal noncommercial use. You may print any of the pages for your own use.
